Little Kids BJJ (Ages 3-6)
This playful, beginner-friendly class introduces our youngest students to the movement, discipline, and joy of jiu-jitsu. We focus on coordination, listening skills, and confidence-building while reinforcing respect, sharing, and the value of being part of a team. It’s about planting seeds that grow far beyond the mat.
Big Kids BJJ (Ages 7-12)
We help kids build more than skill we help them build character. Through structured training and age-appropriate techniques, students gain focus, confidence, and respect for themselves and others. Every class emphasizes discipline, emotional awareness, and teamwork, all in a safe and positive environment.
Adult BJJ (All Levels)
Discover what you’re capable of physically and mentally. This class is designed for all experience levels and focuses on building strong fundamentals, developing personal discipline, and fostering a community of trust and growth. Whether you're new to the mats or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll be challenged, supported, and welcomed.
